General terms and conditions

When you purchase an individual course you get 30 days of access to the course, including the lessons, practice questions and the certificate of participation.

The platform is currently completely free to use; no charges apply yet. The payment provisions only apply once the platform becomes paid in the future.

Your access is activated automatically as soon as the payment has been processed.

All amounts are in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed securely via our payment platform; we do not store any payment details.

An individual course is a one-time payment.

Because this concerns digital content that becomes available immediately after purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal expires as soon as you open or download the content. Until that moment you can dissolve the agreement within 14 days of purchase; please contact us for this.

The certificates of VakGroei Academy are proof of participation in our practice material. They are not official or legally recognized diplomas or certifications (such as VCA or BHV). For an official certificate, take an exam at a recognized institute.

The content of our courses has been compiled with care, but may contain imperfections. VakGroei Academy accepts no liability for consequences of using the content in practice. Carry out safety-critical work only with the proper, valid certifications.

We may change these terms and our offering from time to time. For purchases already made, the terms as they were at the time of purchase apply.
